We hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out to inform you of an important update regarding our entry and spectator fee policy at SpinNations Skating Center.

Effective immediately, all children ages 3 to 17 years old will be required to pay the skating entry fee, regardless of whether they are skating or not. Each paid child will also receive one complimentary non-skating adult entry.

Please note that any additional non-skating adults, or any unaccompanied non-skating adults, will incur a spectator fee of $5 or the session fee, whichever is less.

Children ages two and under who wish to skate will receive free admission but will be charged only for skate rental if needed.

We want to emphasize that the implementation of the spectator fee is a necessary measure for several reasons:

1. As a business, we incur annual music licensing fees (thousands of dollars) based on the number of individuals who enter our facility. This means that while we would love to welcome everyone at no cost, it is not feasible for us.

2. Additionally, we have faced challenges in the past with unauthorized individuals attempting to enter our facility, which raises safety concerns for our young patrons. We are proud of our dedicated staff who diligently work to ensure a safe environment. Since we instituted the spectator fee four years ago, we have not encountered incidents related to these concerns, effectively curtailing such situations.
